My site about prom tuxedos - Getting a banned domain name re-indexed

What did I do wrong with PromTuxedos.com?
My banned website about Prom Tuxedos 04/07/2009
Here's an interesting one. My website about promtuxedos.com was on the first page of Google for the keywords "prom tuxedos". Makes sense and seems like it would be easy enough to get it there. 1st page on Google to nowhere to be found.
The Story and Solution
I installed a wordpress blog through cpanel and forgot all about it for a month or so. When I decided to spend some time I looked at the stats and I was getting 50-100 uniques per day. WOW I thought. So I typed the keyword phrase into Google and I was like number 9 or 10 on the first page. OK so I figured I would start creating some content see what would happen. I went through multiple designs and ideas for the site so I changed it frequently. I even tried some automated software to help me create content. This didn't help and as a matter of fact it hurt.
Now the domain name seems to be banned. If you type in site:promtuxedos.com it is not even in the Google index. What did I do wrong. I'm not sure but I can tell you this. Google is getting smarter everyday and they can usually tell if a site is strictly about traffic or really trying to add value to the subject. I have several 2 keyword phrase domain names and in the old days you could add any content and Google would pick you up and in many cases you would be found on the first or second page with virtually no effort.
PromTuxedos.com is a perfect example. When I installed the wordpress blog through cpanel, I added no content. The onlly post was the "Hello World". It got indexed and was on the first page of Google. Obviously someone at Google caught on and realized that there were potentially 100' if not 1000's of sites just like this one?
Well needless to say I have some work ahead of me. My plan is to start the link building process to see if Google will re-index and eventually put me back on the front page. Here are the steps I have taken. I will keep you updated most everyday.
3/23/09
Changed the wordpress theme and started adding better content.
4/06/09
Included the link in another hubpage with the anchor text "prom tuxedos".

Changed the "blog roll" links on the website to top tuxedo websites. They were pointing to wordpress links because that is the default. See how much effort I put in before now? None! I installed a theme and a little content and nothing happend. Still nothing in the site:promtuxedos.com search in Google.

This is kicking ny butt. Still not indexed in Google using the site:promtuxedos.com. Of course I just started this whole campaign but i would have expected Google to at least acknowledge the site exists. I have created a new account with OnlyWire.com and will be hitting it hard tomorrow so Google has to pay attention. I'll let you know what happens as it happens.

I didn't promote promtuxedos.com using Onlywire like I said I was going to do. As a matter of fact I haven't done anything since I made the changes to the blog roll. I have been working on my tampa seo and link building experments. I will use the Onlywire service today and give Google a few days to react.
stay tuned for more updates...

Hi Dave. I should have updated this hub. I did do a reinclusion reuqest but nothing has happened yet. It has been 2-3 weeks so it may take a bit more time. Thank you for your advice. I will update this hub soon.
Hey zack
Have you any updates on how the reinclusion request went?
I've had a site deindexed and am just about to do one myself.
Any hints on what's required to get the thumbs up from Google would be awesome.
Ric
I don“t know why google has this reinclusion request option. After a domain is banned is very dificult (almost impossible) to get reindexed.
So? No more update? Does this mean you're giving up?
